Animals

After a lot of paintings with masks I tried to move a bit away and experiment with something else.

Animals, humans and backgrounds.

I was not at that point too much in love with making backgrounds, but I felt like I needed it for the two first paintings. However, I wanted to have the characters in focus by making them more detailed than the background.

I did these two when I joined a painting class when I lived in Aalborg. With these two I tried to be more abstract with the background. And I was also suppose to be abstract with the animals, but that did not really happen :) I went more realistic, especially with the tiger.
